What are the delivery times?
Your orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, then shipped. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for receipt via free standard shipping. A paid VIP delivery option is available, which includes insurance against loss, breakage, or theft.
Do you deliver outside of France?
We currently only deliver within Metropolitan France.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is accepted by credit/debit card only. All our prices include all taxes (20% VAT included).
Can I return an item?
Yes, all our items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, without exception. The item must be returned new, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Return costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective, in which case the return is free of charge.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of your return, back to your original payment method.
Are your products made of real leather?
Our pieces are made from quality PU leather (faux leather), selected for its durability and appearance similar to traditional leather, with the artisanal craftsmanship of our finishes.
Is the RFID/NFC protection effective on all products?
Most of our models (Lucas, Rio...) incorporate RFID/NFC protection against remote scanning of your bank cards. Check the product page to confirm this feature for the model you are interested in.
